Thank you for considering the purchase of this digital art image. Bearing in mind the whys and wherefores of copyright issues, here are a few guidelines to help you discern the appropriate use of this artwork and to support the artist who has provided it. Please know that honoring these guidelines makes it possible for Michelle to continue to provide this artwork.
Acceptable use of the digital image includes:
Purchasing and downloading an image for use in these settings implies that you have the artist’s permission to use the image in this way. If you download an image from this site to use in one of the above ways, you do not need to contact the artist for additional permission.
In using Michelle’s artwork, you agree to include this credit line:

Purchasing and downloading an image constitutes an agreement for one-time use; it does not confer ownership of the image or permission to use it on multiple occasions. All downloaded artwork, digital files, and written content remain the sole property of Michelle Walka. One-time use refers to one specific event or occasion. You are welcome to use the digital image multiple times within the confines of one specific event, but please purchase again if utilizing it for an additional occasion, event, or context.Your downloading of this image indicates that you agree to these guidelines. It further indicates that you agree not to alter the appearance of Michelle’s artwork (cropping an image, changing the color of an image, etc.).

- For online/streaming worship: Credit may be placed in video description boxes, within the video itself, in digital bulletins, within a pinned comment, etc. If the video will be posted publicly, please ensure that all resources are embedded properly. This means you are welcome to include the image as part of your worship, so long as it is not posted separately where non-patrons may be able to download it.
- Use in classrooms and other educational settings
- Newsletter and/or website of churches and other organizations, where income is not derived from such use of the artwork, and artwork is not used as an identifying logo
- Please do not share the original digital file. Please also be mindful about not making the resource files accessible and downloadable to the public (i.e. embed image in church newsletter and/or bulletin cover, share low-resolution versions of the images, or photos of printed images, etc.).
