"PAINT YOUR HEART OUT" EVENTS
This creative and communal workshop is a painting party with a reflective twist!
Using simple invitations based in contemplative practice to guide our time, we will engage in a creative process that focuses on connecting our mind, body, and spirit. This fun and restoring time of painting and reflecting will focus on a theme (from the list of existing theme options or adjusted specifically for your event). By the end of the time together, participants will have a beautiful and unique canvas painting to take home. ​Events are typically 2-3 hours depending on the project.

Through deep listening and bold questions, coaching is an intentional step by step journey together to help you do just that!
